Introductory Activity

Before the roundtable, please complete the following questions to help inform our discussion and (optionally) offer others a way to connect with you after the session.

Framing Discussion

To help establish a shared point of reference, Kavya Pearlman (XRSI Founder and CEO) will coordinate the work on the core issues this roundtable is going to address and clearly set the goals we will be working towards together.

Breakout Discussions

Participants can self-select and move between different discussion rooms. Each room should have a facilitator, a notetaker, and a timekeeper who each plans to stay for the entire discussion.

Facilitators: These are experts in the room’s topic. The facilitators will provide a short introduction at the beginning to frame the discussion of their breakout room. Afterward, they will be responsible for keeping a stack, keeping the discussion on the topic, and ensuring everyone have a chance to participate.

Notetaker: This person will note the general talking points during the discussion, and will be responsible for sharing the highlights of the discussion with the broader group in the last portion of the lab.

Timekeeper: This person will ensure each group has moved to a general discussion by 5 minutes into the session and will provide the group with 5 minute and 1-minute warnings before the end.

Report back

Notetakers will share highlights for each breakout session with the session
